How long does delivery usually take?
Usually, we're able to have a short exploration call with you, then upon payment we'll have your video scripted, voiced, animated and delivered to you within 3 weeks.
What does your process look like?
It starts with a kickoff form where you tell us about the business, then we'll create your script, VoiceOver, theme and send it for review. Then your video gets created and sent for a final round of revisions. Simple!
How does payment work?
We split payments into multiple phases. Depending on the size of project, we might do a 50% upfront and 50% on completion price, or more phases if the project is larger in size. We can also offer net 30 day payment terms for larger companies with payroll departments.
What if I'm not happy with the videos?
We offer a free revision on your video to make sure you are satisfied. Before we send off your script for voicing and animation, we'll always send it to you for your approval so you know exactly what we'll be delivering. Extra revisions are only £150 per round!
Can I get follow on videos for a series?
Sure! We can help with series of videos in the same style whenever you like. All videos are matched to your brand guidelines too, so they look great on your website and marketing materials.
How many revisions do I get?
The script can be revised until you are happy. Once the script is approved and the video is created, with the VoiceOver recorded and delivered we then provide one final set of revisions. Beyond that, it's just £150 ex VAT for more revisions.
